My 1st Postcard

I made my first postcard using Adobe Illustrator (AI) today. At first I was just trying it out since I was not really good with AI. Luckly I have a good sifu, Ja'a and Arip. Then, another colleague of mine, Intan want me to redo this postcard as she want it badly. So I using the same graphic but with different wording. Intan just got married to her loves one, Farid. So here goes the new postcard from me to congratulate her for her wedding. "SELAMAT PENGANTIN BARU"

Panic Moment

Last night I went back home a bit late from the office because the rain poured heavily and the traffic was so bad. It was only 8 pm when Cik Kiah and I decided that it is time to make our move back home because we thought that the traffic is already okay. But it turned out the opposite way. We had to used few different route back to town. While we were still stuck somewhere at Hutan Simpan Bukit Nenas heading to Jln Bukit Bintang, my side mirror was hit by this reckless motorcycle. I screamed myself loud and made Cik Kiah shocked. The motorcycles didnt stop but move on and nearly hit another van in front of us seconds after I honked him once. I was still shocked and trembling. Its my baby car that hurts. At that point of time, I realized that there is a police patrol car driving next to me but didnt do anything except smiling looking at me...."What the hell are you doing?" I said it loud. But of course no one can heard it except Cik Kiah. We both didnt managed to get the plat number because it happens to fast. "Damn you motorcycles!!!!" I havent check my car yet because it was still raining by the time I reached home and forgot about it this morninng. Hopefully it is only the side mirror and it didnt break.

This happen once to Indra's car when we were on the road heading to Teluk Batik, Perak for the Treasure Hunt. I was the one who driving and we were stucked somewhere at Prima Damansara because of traffic jam. The motocycles hit the side mirror hard and half of the mirror gone to pieces. Can you just imagined us, all four ladies screamed and shocked when it happen. Again that motorcycles didnt stop to check it out or even bother to say "SORRY".

That is why I prefer to stay at home....

I has come out with new blog that will only feature all of my handmade work. The other blog of mine is named Handmade By Marvic. Thus, this blog will only remained as it should be, a medium for me to express myself and news updates on things that circle around me. I still have few projects in mind but I just dont have the time and mood to run it. Hopefully I manage to do it all due by end of year 2008.

Earings for Debie

Few weeks ago, Debie fly all the way from Kuching to KL to meet her father that has been posted to Bukit Aman. So, she spend most of her time in KL with me. Since I wasnt with her during her birthday, I handmade two earings for her. She determined the design of her own while I made it.

Iranian Food

Today Misha, my Iranian friend invited my friend and I to have lunch in her house in Sri Serdang. She cooks Iranian's favourite, Ghorme Sabsi. Sabsi means vegetables and Ghorme means cubes size. Dont know how the taste yet because she still cooking it at this moment. According to Misha, she need two hours to prepare it and I am starving..hahahaha...It seems that she using beef, onions, a little bit of oil, beans, dry lemons, a little bit of safrons and special vegetables. I am still waiting for the outcome. At the meantime, she serves us with sweet cakes from Iran, Iran's tea, nuts and fruits. Anyway, I will upload the pictures of the food soon once its ready......will updates more after this
